The first consultation generally takes an hour during which a comprehensive medical history is taken. The underlying cause of the problem is sought. This can then be targeted and the symptoms relieved with an individualised herbal prescription. This is quick and easy to take. The herbal prescription plus lifestyle and dietary modifications help restore balance to the body and enable healing to take place.
Body Energy Concept
Alongside the herbal consult you can experience the added benefits of a Body Energy treatment. This unique therapy raises your core energy, often depleted through stress, injury and disease. The relaxing treatment encourages restoration in your body and will stimulate key energy points in your body using special vacuum pads attached to a hi-tech Body Energy machine. These pads are re-positioned until all the energy points relating to your problem have been re-energised. It is non-invasive and pads are mostly positioned on the hands and feet but loose-fitting clothes are advised.
